There have been several comments about a soft lock in the Slug den, where after solving a the charge block puzzle, the Golden Key doesn't appear, and the gate doesn't open, 

I've fixed this, I've also moved the Golden key spawn location right before the exit, so you're likely not to miss it on your way out~ old saves, should work with this.
